How does it fit into my treatment? Body brushing is recommended before your massage treatment. This will remove impurities before the massage begins, in order for your body to reap the ultimate benefit of the massage. It will also increase the blood circulation prior to the massage. Long, sweeping strokes will be used starting from you toes upwards, stroking towards your heart. Body brushing will take about 10 minutes and will be performed before your massage treatment.
